Hi, I’m Malin!

After battling anorexia for a decade, going through inpatient treatment and lots of therapy, I finally decided to rip the bandaid off. My journey taught me a lot about eating disorders and recovery, leading me to write a book. Now, fully recovered, I'm here to help others on their recovery journey.

I’m working with an all foods fit approach, meaning that we won’t categorize or label foods. I am HAES informed and aware that Eating Disorders and Recovery come in all shapes and sizes.

My Approach

You can’t think or talk your way out of an unhealthy relationship with food, your body and movement. The changes we are going to make together will focus on constant nourishment and rest.

What I expect from you:

I know how hard it is to go against your Eating Disorder. In order to understand what you feel, you need to be honest with me. Motivation comes and goes and it is okay to struggle more on some days than on others, but you need to bring the will to recover.

Things you don’t have to fear:

I will never judge someone based on their size or habits. My coaching is a safe space for you to explore a healthier relationship to yourself. I will take your concerns and fears serious and I won’t share the things we discuss in our sessions.

What You Can expect from me:

Eating Disorders can be tricky and sneaky. Together, we are going to identify underlaying issues and habits and work on a healthier relationship to food and your body. I will challenge you, but never force you to do something you don’t want to do. We are going to work together as a team against your Eating Disorder.
